• No results returned in Depreciate Assets when defining for valid, Active assets

Current book value was set to zero or is negative, so the system didn't think there was anything to depreciate on the asset

Process an Adjustment transaction to correct the current book value:  How to update current book value on an asset

• The current book value of an asset will automatically be adjusted as transactions are made throughout the life of the asset.  Modifying the current book value outside of those normal transactions has the potential to cause reconciliation issues.  If you're unsure as to whether or not that field should be updated, please contact Enterprise ERP Assets and Civic Support to review the asset.
