Switching a requisition item from an Inventory Item to a Purchase Item is not updating the requisition to Purchase from Pick Ticket

If a requisition line is entered and allocated against an inventory item initially, but then switched at a later time to a Purchase Item, the requisition should switch from a Pick Ticket classification to a Purchase Order, but it is not.

Install MUN-382778 from the MIU when available

This works properly in Requisition Entry, it is only failing to switch between classifications in the .NET Requisitions program.
