Description of Issue
Updates were made in Level 3 but need Level 2 amounts rolled forward

Cause
Client made updates in higher level before rolling the working budget level to that higher level.
Resolution
Select Keep when rolling the budget. This will move amounts from the lower level up, while "keeping" updates made in the higher level intact.
Munis > Financials > Budget Processing > Roll/Factor/Merge Projection
