TCM Attachments are not carrying over from PCARD Transactions to Invoices when matched

Adding attachments to PCARD transactions, and then matching that transaction to an invoice, causes the invoice to not reflect the attachment from the transaction.

This is a Munis defect.

Install MUN-382836 from the MIU when available.
