Why can't I update the Budget Amounts To Use field in Define/Start Budget Projection?

Define/Start Budget Projection
Cause
This field can only be updated during projection creationÂ
Resolution
The Budget Amounts to Use field is only available when generating a new budget projection and cannot be updated after the fact. This field is used to provide a starting point for your projection, populating the selected values in the level 1 field of your new budget projection.
