COA Inquiry program does not match the amount displaying in Account Inquiry

Cause

Unposted transaction exists within the account

Resolution

COA Inquiry will only display amounts tied to posted transactions. The unposted transaction would either need to be posted or deleted in order for the amounts on both screens to match.
