- Inquiries about how to purchase additional Implementation hours

- Site has experienced user turn over and now needs to train new users
- Needs one on one assistance or to schedule remote training classes
- Requires more attention then Munis Support can provide due to lack of understanding terms, programs, functionality of Munis.
Resolution
- Reach out to your implementation consultant if you have available hours or sales representative to acquire more hours
- Support can assist in identifying Implementation or sales contact if this is not known
Additional Information
- Site Implementations hours can be used in any way a site needs.
- Some sites for example did not use all of their Fiscal Year End Close Implementation time and would like to use it for another subject, Example: CAFR.
