Description of Issue
  • Error received when employee submits time sheet in ESS: "Hours must be a decimal between -24 and 24"

  • Employee's time surpasses 24 hours for a specific date
Resolution
  • Employee must key in additional hours on a different day in the time sheet
  • Adjust pay amount/quantity directly within payroll
