Description of Issue
- Error received when employee submits time sheet in ESS: "Hours must be a decimal between -24 and 24"

Cause
- Employee's time surpasses 24 hours for a specific date
Resolution
- Employee must key in additional hours on a different day in the time sheet
- Adjust pay amount/quantity directly within payroll
