Resolution
  1. Confirm the user's permissions would allow access to see customer's General Billing Invoices and the accounts associated with the bills.
  2. Compare a user's permissions who is not having the issue and can see the items.
  3. If Steps 1 and 2 are confirmed and the issue persists, please submit a case with Munis Support.
Cause

Customer Centrals has stored table settings that user's cannot access, support has seen over time or after upgrades that these settings will cache information overtime that can occasionally cause issues after upgrades.
