- Where can we reliably find what version the Munis ERP product is on?
- Where can we find what release our Enterprise ERP environment is on?
- How do I find my Munis Version and Service Pack? (Note: Updates are no longer installed via service packs, but rather through specific version channels and releases with Tyler Deploy)

Resolution
Method 1:
- From the Enterprise ERP menu, open Diagnostic and Run-time Information (System Administration > General Administration > Diagnostic and Run-time Information)
- View the Munis(R) Version
Method 2:
- Open any Munis program from the menu
- Ex: Financials> General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > General Ledger Settings
- Click the ? in the ribbon, then select About
- Your specific Munis release will be listed next to Munis(R) Version in parenthesis
Method 3:
- In Hub, click the ? icon, then click Tyler About
Method 4:
- If you have access to Tyler Deploy, the installed version/release will be available on the Overview page and on the Site Report page
