Benefit Hours not integrating from Munis during initial integration



Description of Issue

After processing the Scheduled System Job for the Benefit Integration, employee benefit hours are not being built in Time and Attendance.

Munis Employee Accruals



Cause

Initial set up of Time and Attendance creates security for Benefit accounts. 



Resolution

To resolve this issue you need to remove the Benefit Pay Codes only Available with Security check box from an Admin account. 

  1. Log in as the Time and Attendance admin.  

  2. Access System Admin > UI Environment Flags > UI.

  3. Uncheck the Benefit Pay Codes only Available with Security checkbox.

  4. Access System Admin Scheduled System Jobs.

  5. Process the Benefit Integration

  6. The balances should now be present in Time and Attendance.
