Remove questions from Self Service Applications

Site is looking to remove questions from the online application in ESS

The current configuration of the Self Service Applications is set to compile all Modules and, therefore, all questions

Questions can be removed from the self service application under the Modules section

1. Navigate to Self Service Applications

   1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Self Service Application

2. Search on the desired Self Service Form and click Accept

3. Click on Modules in the banner

4. Search on the desired Module

5. Once in the module, choose Update and tab down to the field/line and then choose the red X

6. Stay in Update mode when choosing the red x so that you do not delete the whole module

7. Then re-compile your applications

• The Self Service Application is simply a compilation of pages, which are a compilation of modules, which are a compilation of questions; the only way to shorten the application is to remove the questions
