Description of Issue

  • No Tyler Menu

  • Programs do not load with one or both of below errors

    • Application or service has been stopped due to fatal error

    • Bad configuration prevents application or service to start

  • Can't access self service applications(s)



Context

  • Enterprise ERP (EERP)

  • Munis

  • Genero Application Service (GAS)

  • Self Service

  • MSS

  • ESS

  • VSS

  • CSS



Cause

Invalid GAS connection or web service handler or Genero license is expired

Contact Tyler Systems Management support



Additional Information

MSS may also result in 503 error when trying to access certain web service handlers. The error log will reveal which *wshdlr. Bad configuration... is the error seen when testing the web service (add ?wsdl to the end of the URL).
