Description of Issue

The bill, due, interest, or penalty date needs to be changed for a single tax bill.

Context

Cause

The dates the bill was created with are wrong or need to be changed.

Resolution

Navigate to the Bill Adjustments program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Collection Processing > Bill Adjustments
Click Search.
Click General.
Enter the Bill, AR category, and Year or any other information to find the bill whose dates need to be changed.
Click Accept.
Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to find the correct bill if multiple records return.
Click Dates in the top ribbon.
Click Update.
Change the desired dates.
Click Accept.
