City, State, and Zip Code Missing From Tax Statements

When a tax statement is generated, the 5th line that includes the city, state, and zip code is missing. 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Tax Statements (txtaxstm) 
• Bill Inquiry (arbilinq)

The delivery address of the customer that is listed as the owner of the current parcel uses all 5 lines available for the address. Currently, the tax statements only include up to 4 lines. 

• Development is currently researching the issue. 
• A workaround is to generate a customer statement from the Customers program following the steps outlined here: Generate A Customer Statement
