Description of Issue
When a tax statement is generated, the 5th line that includes the city, state, and zip code is missing.
Context
- Property Tax Billing
- Tax Statements (txtaxstm)
- Bill Inquiry (arbilinq)
Cause
The delivery address of the customer that is listed as the owner of the current parcel uses all 5 lines available for the address. Currently, the tax statements only include up to 4 lines.
Resolution
- Development is currently researching the issue.
- A workaround is to generate a customer statement from the Customers program following the steps outlined here: Generate A Customer Statement
