LA City Import running slowly to finish

Development is currently researching performance issues related to the City Import. 

Workaround is to allow the import to fully finish and not close the browse tab.

Import may take over 24 hours until a fix is found. To avoid interruptions when run in a Live or Production environment, we suggest to pause any scheduled database nightly backups or scheduled code installs prior to running the City Import. Create a backup prior to and after the City Import is run. Best to begin while there is less activity on the system, such as over the weekend or during a holiday if possible.
