Unable to delete Tax Group in AP Tax Codes

When attempting to delete Tax Group in AP Tax code and Tax groups the following error is received: 
Munis (aptxcode) APcrudEngine_TaxGroups_deleteByVersion: Execute delete_TaxGroups 28:

• MUNIS

• Accounts Payable

• Setup

• Tax Codes and Tax Groups

Removing Tax group before deleting the Tax code associated with Tax group.

1. Navigate to Munis > Financials > Accounts Payable > Setup > Tax Codes and Tax Groups

2. Click on Tax Codes

3. Select or Use navigation arrows at the bottom of screen to get to the specific code.

4. Click Delete

Tax groups are linked to the Tax codes therefore deleting the TAX code first and then Tax group will allow removing the TAX group.
