Identify re-employed retirees using User Defined Fields in Employee Master on OH STRS Annual Report

Description of Issue

How do I define the Re-Employed Retirees tab on the OH STRS Annual Report if I use User Defined Fields in the Employee Master to identify my re-remployed retirees?

Cause


Resolution
  1. Open the OH STRS Annual Report
  2. Select Define
  3. Click on the Re-Employed Retirees tab
  4. In the Retiree Method field, select Employee Master
  5. Under Retiree Status, select User Defined Fields and then use the drop down to select the User Defined Fields code you use to identify your re-employed retirees
  6. Select Accept
