Munis mobile on tylertech domain unable to connect

Sites cannot connect to Munis mobile applications configured to connect through https://mobile.tylertech.com

For older setups using https://mobile.tylertech.com the external IP address 208.64.237.104 cannot route this traffic through the Cisco ASA.

208.64.237.104 needs to be routed through the sites public internet outbound circuit and not the VPN tunnel. Site will need to contact their IT Networking team to resolve this issue. As a workaround, connect to a WiFi network that does not have traffic flow through the ASA.
