Add New Hold or Remove Code for Liens

Would like to create a new Hold/Remove code to use in the Liens program when holding or removing liens from processing. 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Liens
• Miscellaneous Codes (tlmismnt)

A new Hold/Remove code needs to be created. 

1. Navigate to the Miscellaneous Codes program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Lien Processing/Reports > Setup > Miscellaneous Codes
2. Click Hold/Remove Reason Codes. 
3. Click Add to add a new reason code. 
4. Enter the desired Code and Description. These will show on the title record. 
5. Enter a Short description if desired. 
6. Check the box to make the code Active. 
7. Click Accept.
