Description of Issue

When entering a journal entry, the system is allowing me to enter a date and period that do not match. For example, I was able to enter the journal date as 8/22/22, but a period of 13.

Cause

Period 13 and Period 0 do not have a specified date range



Resolution

As long as the Effective date falls within the year that the journal is being posted to, it can be used.
