ReadyForms Municipal Lien Certificates Include Balance Due for Prior Years When No Balance is Due

Description of Issue

When a Municipal Lien Certificate is created using ReadyForms, the two prior years display amounts in the BALANCE DUE column but no amount in the TOTAL BALANCE DUE TO... field.

Cause

The XML output from the program is including amounts in the Year2InstallmentXBalanceDue fields and Year3InstallmentXBalanceDue fields. 



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. A temporary workaround is to use the Form Print formatting option and PDF the document.
