Changing Label Printer in User Attributes

Label print is printing to a different printer

User attribute setting for label printer is not set up properly

Make sure the (label printer) printer definition  is already set up properly Label Printer Definition for web based Munis

Make sure you can send a test print to that printer, and all connections are green

1. Go to Munis Dashboard
2. Go to User Attributes and Search the affected user
3. Go to Attributes tab near the bottom half of the screen
4. Look for the label printer port attribute columns and edit the value  column
5. Copy the printer definition for the target printer into the value column

When printing labels it doesn't prompt the output option so client's are not able to choose the specific printer definition. Changing the value in user attributes is the way
