Changing MSDE Position descriptions

The 2022-2023 Staff Reporting Manual changed the description for Position 20 from Guidance Counselor to School Counselor.  How do I make that change in EERP/Munis?

• Maryland

• MSDE Annual Staff Data Report

Make the update in the State Position Codes program using the following steps: 

1. Open the State Position Codes program.

2. Select Search.

3. Enter 20 in the Code field. 

4. Select Accept.

5. Select Update.

6. Change the Short and Long Description fields as needed. 

7. Select Accept.
