Cannot insert the value NULL into column NumberOfYearsBudgeting error when creating a Budget Projection

Budget years to view field not marked as required when generating a new projection or importing to a new projection.  Causes errors when generating a new projection manually or via import.

Error received if field is left blank

Error on insert 370. -391 [ISAM -515] Additional information concerning a status error of -391: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'NumberOfYearsBudgeting', table 'muntrain.dbo.BudgetProjections'; column does not allow nulls. Define/Start Budget Projection

Budget years to view field was left blank when adding a new projection manually or via import

Work ticket MUN-444559 is open to address this issue. The Budget years to view field should be set to a value between 1 and 10 to avoid this error.
