Description of Issue

Username and password do not authenticate for administrators with proper access.



Context

  • Munis Self Service (MSS)

  • Employee Self Service (ESS)

  • Citizen Self Service (CSS)

  • Vendor Self Service (VSS)

  • Internet Information Services (IIS)



Cause

.NET Authorization Rules missing proper group.
