You are not authorized to update this PO. message displays when attempting to update a carryforward PO.

User does not have a role assigned to them with the Maintain carryforward POs permission.

1. Navigate to Munis > System Administration > Security > Roles

2. Click Search

3. Type in the relevant role in the Role Key field

4. Click Accept

5. Click Purchase Orders under the Module View tab

6. Click Update

7. Check the box next to the Maintain carryforward POs permission

8. Click Accept
