Employee marked as DOE Paid ERCON in Retirement Maintenance does not Generate with DOE Paid ERCON check marked

I marked an employee as DOE Paid ERCON, but the DOE Paid ERCON is not check marked on the Generated record.

DOE Paid ERCON was not selected on the Month 0 default record.

Update the GA Teacher Retirement Maintenance record for the employee where Reporting Month = 0, or select Add to create one. 

The Reporting Month 0 record is intended to provide default employee information for the Generate process.
