Description of Issue

Print Tax Bills/Statements is erroring out and crashing during the selection routine.

Error opening select_bill. -404

Context

Cause

This error is caused by hotfix MUN-430282 and only affects the 2021.4 release.

Resolution

Please load MUN-444545 in 2021.4 to resolve this error. This issue does not affect other releases or versions.
