Encryption key when attempting to seal a bid

Description of Issue

When attempting to seal a bid in Bid Central, there is an error in red in the bottom right of the screen left of the save button that states that the Encryption key is not valid.

Cause

Tyler Deploy has installed a different value than the config file has which is causing a conflict.

Please create a case with TSM Support for further assistance in the Support Portal.
