Error adding employees into Time Entry Daily Grid - Invalid Employee Number



Description of Issue

After upgrade to 2021.5 from 11.3, payroll Time Entry clerks are unable to add employees into Time Entry and get an error. 

Invalid Employee Number: XXXXX

Cause

System Defect - Issue occurs when adding an employee into Time Entry via the Daily Grid view. 



Resolution

Install applicable work ticket when available:

MUN-443798 - 2021.4.0.0A

MUN-443862 - 2021.5.0.0A

MUN-443863 - 2021.6.0.0A

MUN-443864 - 2021.7.0.0

MUN-443865 - 2022.2.0.0



Additional Information

Current workaround is to add the employees into Time Entry via the Detail view.Â
