Ret Pension date in Employee Master

Can I enter a date in Ret/Pension field on the Dates tab in Employee Master?

Cause

Resolution

As long as you're entering the date the employee retired and/or started receiving a pension, yes.

Additional Information

This date is primarily referred to in State Specific reporting programs, to identify a retiree that's returned to work, for instance. 

It can also optionally be used for the Employee Benefits 834 Export in the Human Resources Module.
