Chart of Accounts Builder access

How do I access Chart of Accounts Builder?

 We need them to get into the Chart Builder ASAP, as we are at risk of losing billable time.

Need access to Chart of Accounts Builder.

1. Before attempting access, Implementation needs to create the site.

2. Please reach out to your Implementation Consultant or Project Manager to verify the site has been created.

3. Once Implementation has verified the setup is complete, please navigate to www.tylertech.com.

4. Click on Login at the top right corner of the page.

   • Chart of Accounts Builder access for 3rd party consultants
   • Register for Support Access on Tylertech.com

5. Enter your username and password.

6. Select Client Support from the top-right.

7. Click the product you are working with.

   • For example, Enterprise ERP

8. On the Enterprise ERP Support homepage, scroll down to the section for Chart of Accounts Builder and click Get Started. 

9. You should then have access to Chart of Accounts Builder.

   • If you do not have access to Chart of Accounts Builder, please reach out to your Project Manager to advise.
