Database view containing quantity and cost of fuel from fuel consumption report

Client needs database view to build a custom report

• Munis 2019.1

• SSRS Reports

• Crystal Reports

• Fuel Consumption report

Quantity and cost is taken from a built in report, therefore it is not possible to use view database column functionality.

To view quantity and cost, follow the steps below:

1. In Munis menu, navigate to Asset Maintenance > Inquiries and Reports > Fuel Consumption Report

2. Click on Define and select report options under section Selection Criteria

3. Click on Select and click on PDF in the top menu to view the report.

Both quantity and total cost is not available through any database view, they are available under columns Quantity and TotalCost from table AssetManagement.AssetTriggers.
