Employee only showing in ESS when time is entered

• An employee is only showing for their supervisor in ESS when they have time entered

• The employee disappears once time is approved

• ESS 

• Munis

• The employee is a rehire

  • The Inactive date and Terminated date are filled in on the Employee Master record

To resolve this:

1. Go to Munis> Human Capital Management> Human Resources> Employee Job/Pay Classification> Employee Master

2. Search the impacted employee

3. Click on the Dates tab

4. Remove the Inactive and Terminated dates
