Description of Issue

  • Program is missing from Tyler Menu

  • Client has a program deployed but it is not listed in the Tyler Menu



Context

  • Munis (2019+)

  • Tyler HUB



Cause

Program extension is not enabled or setup in the administration menu.



Resolution

HUB external system configuration required.
