Create A Schedule Under Schedule Editor

Can instructions be provided for creating a schedule under Schedule Editor?

Cause




Resolution

To create a schedule:

  1. Select Schedule Editor

  2. Under Schedule Maintenance, select + icon

  3. Use the Schedule Code field to enter a name

  4. Enter a description

  5. Use the Site Code drop down to select the appropriate code (optional)

  6. Select the Calendar to choose the Schedule Pattern Start Date

  7. Enter number of pattern days in the Number of days in Rotation Pattern field

  8. For Set Schedule As, select Recurring if the schedule can be published automatically based on a recurring timeframe or Manual if you'd like to just do a one time publish

  9. Select Save and Set Up Shift Pattern

  10. Select a calendar day to add a shift to begin building the pattern

  11. Select Done

  12. Select Save

  13. Select Publish This Entry(cloud with up arrow)

  14. Enter Start/End Date

  15. Select Publish
