Add time for monthly meeting

Client wanted a solution to pay employees for time on monthly meetings. The meeting was held on the 3rd of every month and they wanted to add it to employee time cards easily.

I recommended the client utilize the bulk transaction tool menu to add the pay code to the employee's on the same day of the month.
