Description of Issue

Create the SCHEDUSR and assign the user the correct permissions

Resolution

Role Creation:

  1. Login to Munis

  2. Navigate to System Administration > Security > Roles

  3. Select the + button to create the new role

  4. Enter SCHEDUSR in the Role Key

  5. Enter Private Role for scheduler in the Description

  6. Under Role Status select Active

  7. Select the green check mark to save

Role Settings:

  1. Login to Munis

  2. Navigate to System Administration > Security > Roles

  3. Click Search 

  4. Under Role Key type SCHEDUSR

  5. Select Accept

  6. Select Munis System Under General

  7. Select the + button to create the new role id

  8. Enter SCHEDUSR in the Role ID field 

  9. Update the permissions per the table below

    10. Select the green check mark to save.


User Creation:

  1. Login to Munis

  2. Navigate to System Administration > Security > Roles

  3. Select the + to create the new user

  4. Type schedusr for the User ID

  5. Type schedusr or Scheduler User for the name

  6. Change the User account status to Enabled

  7. Select Dashboard MyWork for Workflow delivery

  8. Under Roles type SCHEDUSR

  9. Select the green check box to save
