Scheduler User
Create the SCHEDUSR and assign the user the correct permissions

Role Creation:
Login to Munis
Navigate to System Administration > Security > Roles
Select the + button to create the new role
Enter SCHEDUSR in the Role Key
Enter Private Role for scheduler in the Description
Under Role Status select Active
Select the green check mark to save
Role Settings:
Login to Munis
Navigate to System Administration > Security > Roles
Click Search
Under Role Key type SCHEDUSR
Select Accept
Select Munis System Under General
Select the + button to create the new role id
Enter SCHEDUSR in the Role ID field
Update the permissions per the table below

Restrict to 'Public Access' use only | Unchecked |
Output to PDF | Check |
Timeout programs after an idle time of | Disabled |
Scheduler Engine Administrator | Check |
Submit jobs to be scheduled | Check |
Allowed to include document links in scheduler notifications | Check |
Allowed to submit Tyler Notify Campaigns | Check |
10. Select the green check mark to save.
User Creation:
Login to Munis
Navigate to System Administration > Security > Roles
Select the + to create the new user
Type schedusr for the User ID
Type schedusr or Scheduler User for the name
Change the User account status to Enabled
Select Dashboard MyWork for Workflow delivery
Under Roles type SCHEDUSR
Select the green check box to save
