Description of Issue

I have a user who is able to create an E-procurement PO. After it is PRINTED they get an email from Amazon that their PO is rejected. This is sometimes right after it is PRINTED or later on in the day.

Please reach out to EERP Purchasing. Research MUN-493509 has been created to look into this issue. If you could grab a sample cXML from the vendor where they highlight the issue, that would be ideal with solving the issue for the Vendor.

Additional Information

Our support team is unable to communicate with your Vendor. You will have to request the cXML that has the wrong data and an example of one that is correct for our team to review.
