ACFR - Error restoring snapshot undefined

Description of Issue

Error occurs when restoring to a snapshot in ACFR: 

Error restoring snapshot undefined

Attempting to download the snapshot generates XML response: 

NoSuchKey

The specified key does not exist.

Cause

Agency name contains # symbol

Resolution

Development is working to resolve this issue. The workaround is to remove the # symbol from the Agency name in the meantime: 

  1. Go to Agencies & Entities

  2. Click the 3 vertical ellipses in the Actions column for the Agency containing the # symbol and click Edit

  3. Update the Agency name and Display name to no longer contain the # symbol(s) and click Save

  4. Re-attempt to restore to the snapshot
