Context

  • Project Setting 

Cause

  • Project setting "Roll Encumb and Remaining Avl Budget" and project string has 0.00 available budget.

  • System cannot roll available budget of zero, project must have available budget to allow close to roll amounts. 

Resolution

Ensure each project string for yearly project that is going through project year close has available budget if there will be any rolled amounts

MUN-502078 has been opened with development to possibly update error message to include more helpful wording and set expectations in a straight forward mannor.
