Description of Issue

In Employee Access, subordinate data does not display when supervisor clicks overview in Manager Access.

Cause

Names Level is set to 0 in Tyler Employee Access User Settings.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Tyler Employee Access User SettingsĀ 

    1. ERP > HCM > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Tyler Employee Access User Settings

  2. Click onĀ Users in the banner

  3. Click Search

  4. Search on Employee NumberĀ andĀ Accept

  5. Click Update in the banner

  6. Update Names Level to at least 1

  7. Click Accept
