Description of Issue

Need to reverse the Revert to Owner process.

Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Master Programs > Utilities

  1. Search for the account that needs to have the Revert to Owner process removed.

  2. Select the Customer CID that the original Revert to Owner process removed the services from.

    1. If incorrect Customer ID or Owner is selected the error The existing customer has an open ended stop date, delete revert to owner is not allowed will appear at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select the Delete Revert to Owner button.

  4. A pop-up box reading All utilities reverted to owner will be reset. Would you like to continue?

  5. Select Yes
