Error Printing W3 report

I receive an error when I try to print my W3 report inside of the W2 Wizard.

• W2 Forms Print

• W3 Report

• ReadyForms

Unable to find form definition records. There is no form Definition for the W3 report. 

1. Navigate to W-2 Forms Print (Human Capital Management > Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R processing > W-2 Forms Print)

2. Click Define and confirm the correct W-2 year

3. Click Accept 

4. Click Define on the W-2 Forms Print screen and define the applicable options

5. In the toolbar click the W-3 Output Skittle

6. Click Define, Define the applicable information

7. Click Accept

8. In the toolbar click the Skittle for Print Form to output totals

9. Click Print Report to output the W3 report

10. Choose the applicable option in which to output

11. Click OK
