Cannot Allocate Abatement Amount Among Installments

After entering an Abatement, the allocation on installments cannot be updated.

Updated abatement amounts revert to the default amounts when saved or processed.

• Property Tax Billing

• Abatement Entry (txabtent)

Development is investigating the cause of this issue. 

Development has identified the defect causing this issue and is prioritizing it's resolution as critical. A fix will be deployed with all haste. There is no workaround.
