Resolution

Navigate to: Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Setup > Utility Billing Miscellaneous Codes

Select Add
For Code Type select RNOT
Fill out remaining information.
1. Note Codes often have strict guidelines. Please ensure all guidelines are followed.
Click Accept.

To test:

Navigate to: Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Master Programs > Services

If already open please Refresh the page or exit and re-enter program.
Select Update
Select the Notes tab
In Note Code type in the Note Code or select the ellipsis to bring up the all Note Codes and select the Note Code.
