Description of Issue

Users are in Calculate Charges and receive the the error message "Unknow Error on Fetch --- 8112".



Context

  • Utility Billing

  • Bill Run

  • Calculate Charges 



Cause

The reason for this error is because the sewer service generated into the bill run with out the water service it is based off of.



Resolution

Users will want to delete the account(s) out of Calculate Charges, review the water service and correct the reasoning behind why the service was not pulled into the Bill Run, and re-generate the account(s) back into the Bill Run.
