Description of Issue
Need to add an address to a Customer's Account.

Cause

Resolution
Use the Tyler Menu path: Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Master Programs > Accounts Receivable Customers
- Search for the CID
- Under Delivery Address List, on the right-hand side, select the Add button (green plus sign) to add the Delivery Address
- Enter the address information into the various fields.
- Ensure the Active checkbox is selected.
- If this is an alternative address ensure the Primary checkbox remains unselected.
- If this is the new Primary Address, select this the Primary checkbox and to automatically update and replace the Primary Address.
- Select Accept in the toolbar menu once complete
- Ensure the new Delivery Address is in the Delivery Addresses section below.
- If the Active checkbox did not remain selected, select the Show/Hide Inactive Records link at the bottom of the screen for the address to appear.
- Select Back and confirm the address shows on this page as well.
Additional Information
Changing the Primary Address will not update the Utility Billing Address to this address. To do so: Change Customer Address in the Utilities Program
