Update Bill to in Requisitions

Description of Issue

I can update my ship to address in requisitions, but not my bill to address. How do I do that?

Please enter the Line Item in the Requisitions program. If you do not have the Ship to Address option hidden, you will see you can update the Ship To. You can also click on the blue hyper link: "SHIP TO:"

This will open up a window within the program that will give you additional fields. Here you will see the BILL TO field, and you will be able to change it.


If you do not see this field. it may be hidden. The Requisitions Program has a custom Interface option. Click on it, set the interface to none, hit apply, and exit that window. Retry the steps above. 

If you do not set your custom interface back to what you had it to previously, you will load into this interface. 

Additional Information

If you need access to the ship to information, you may request your IT to unhide that field in your template.
